A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES TO THE PACIFIC
TELEPHONE COMPANY ACROSS PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF GLASSELL STREET, SOUTH
OF FRONTERA.
WHEREAS, the City owns certain property located on
the West Side of Glassell Street, South of Frontera; and
WHEREAS, said property is deemed excess right of way;
and
WHEREAS, the City proposes to sell said property; and
WHEREAS, prior to sale of said property, the City
desires to grant an easement to Pacific Telephone Company for
public utility purposes to accommodate an existing telephone
company underground conduit located on subject parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best
interests of the City to grant said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute an easement deed to Pacific Telephone Company for
public utility purposes along certain property located at the
West Side of Glassell Street, South of Frontera.
