1977-192WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that adjusting the rate of compensation of the City Clerk is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to supersede Resolution No.
76R -536 and amend Resolution No. 76R -324 which established rates of
pay for the Department Heads, Division Heads and Staff positions
designated as management.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the rate of compensation of the City Clerk be
adjusted as follows effective March 18, 1977:

Resolution No. 76R -324 shall remain in full force and effect.
