A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1333 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC72 -182
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1333 on August 17, 1972, by Resolution No. PC72 -182;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1333 be, and the same is hereby, termina-
ted and that Resolution No. PC72 -182 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of March, 1977.
