1977-166WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Variance No.
2859 on October 27, 1976, by Resolution No. PC76 -214; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2859 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. PC76 -214 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of March, 1977.
