1977-159WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres
entered into an Agreement effective February 3, 1976, for
handwriting and document examination services; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said
Agreement to extend the term of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment to said Agreement are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of this First Amendment to the Agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres effective February 3,
1976, extending the term of said Agreement be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed /by me
