RESOLUTION NO. 77R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FREMONT PARENT ADVI-
SORY COMITTEE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR 2ND
TEL CITY CLERH TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
fil the Fremont Parent Advisory Committee has
requested the use of La Palma Park to conduct a "Cinco de Mayo"
Fiesta, and also has requested the City of Anaheim's financial
assistance in promoting this community event; and.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of assisting
the Committee in certain aspects of the promotion of this com-
munity activity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
and determines that such financial assistance is to be useC for
the purpose of community promotion; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the parties to effectuate
this purpose has this date been submitted, the terms and condi-
tions of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of that certain
agreement between the City of Anaheim and the Fremont Parent Ad-
visory Committee be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute saiC agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
