A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -680, NUNC
PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE RATE OF PAY FOR
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1976, the City Council passed
Resolution No. 76R -680 and through inadvertence and error, the
pay rate for Golf Course Maintenance Worker was incorrectly
designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 76R -680, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper rate of pay for
Golf Course Maintenance Worker.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution
No. 76R -680, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the rate of pay for Golf
Course Maintenance Worker as follows:
