A RESOLUTIOI OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
(SHAW AND TALBOT, A PARTNERSHIP 76 -12A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Government
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate,
abandon, and close to public use the following described public
service easement(s), to wit:
That certain public utility easement, ten (10) feet
in width, running parallel with and approximately
forty (40) feet north of the north line of Eagle
Street, and extending in an east west direction from
the east line of Tustin Ave. to a point located ap-
proximately 475 feet easterly of the east line of
Tustin Ave.
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.II., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Camber in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
March 15, 1977
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of February, 1977.
