A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2421 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 72R -446 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2421
on October 3, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R -446; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance No. 2421 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 72R -446 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signetj by me
this 22nd day of February, 1977.
