A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING WAIVER OF LOT LINE LOCA-
TIONS OF ':TENTATIVE TRACT NO. 8905 AND TRACT
NO. 9217 AS PERMITTED BY TITLE 17 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved
Tentative Tract 'lo. 8905 and Tract No. 9217; and
WHEREAS, the developer of said tracts has applied to the
City Council for a waiver of the lot line location requirements as
set forth in Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code as applied to
said tracts; and
WTIr_,RF.AS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval
said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby waive the lot line location Iu U e
ments as specified in Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code as
would otherwise be required for Tracts No. 8905 and 9217.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of February,
1977.
