RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did, by Agreement dated December 9,
1975, agree to cause the installation of certain storm
drain improvements; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement did not provide for
relocation of water mains; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to said Agreement has
been prepared wherein provision for relocation of said water
mains and payment therefor; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of said
First Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said First Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
