1977-114WHEREAS, Sant Construction Company (hereinafter
"Developer has installed certain drainage facilities,
which facilities will benefit properties adjoining property
owned by Developer; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
City will attempt to collect a drainage fee from said adjoin-
ing property owners; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si,.ned by
me this 22nd day Of February 1977.
