A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM CREATING THE NEW PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOY-
MENT PROGRAM JOB CLASS OF R.O.P. CLERK AND AMEND-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -677 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR OUTSTATIONED PUBLIC SERVICE
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report that the City Council create the new outstationed Public Service
Employment Program job class of R.O.P. Clerk, and
WHEREAS; the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R -677 which
established rates of compensation for outstationed Public Service Employ-
ment Program classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that creation of the new job
class of R.O.P. Clerk is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R -677 be and the same is hereby amended by
adding the new job class as follows:

CLASSIFICATION MASTER STEP HOURLY BIWEEKLY MONTHLY
R.O.P. Clerk 371 E $3.71 $296.80 $643.07
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 76R-677 shall remain
in full force and effect except to the extent amended by this resolution,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be the 18th day of February, 1977.
