A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 117, EXHIBIT "A," AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development Plan No. 117
encompassing an area more particularly hereinafter described and,
at said hearing, did receive evidence and reports from persons
interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission did duly announce
a formal resolution, its findings of facts and declare its opinions
and reasons for recommending approval of Area Development Plan No.
117, Exhibit "B" subject to certain amendments; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for a public hearing,
the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did
give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and
did receive evidence and reports and, thereupon, consider the sum-
mary of evidence presented at said public hearing before the Plan-
ning Commission, its report of findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 117, Exhibit "A," should be approved sub-
ject to certain anendmentn as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 117, Exhibit "A,
encompassing the following described area partially in the City of
Anaheim, and partially in the unincorporated area of the County of
Orange, State of California:
An approximately 140 acre area generally bounded on the
northwest by Santa Ana Canyon Road and the Riverside
Freeway, on the east by proposed Monte Vista Road and
on the southwest by Mohler Drive,
be, and the same is hereby, approved subject to the following amend-
ments:
1. An eighteen (18) foot pavement on a twenty -four (24) foot
right -of -way shall be provided;
2. Martin Road shall be designated as the access point to
Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
3. The street median shall be closed at Martin Road.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of February, 1977.
