TO FISCAL AGENT AGREEMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION THEREOF

RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DETERMINED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California, that that certain Supplement Agreement No. 2 to Fiscal Agent
Agreement, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, be and is hereby
approved and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Fiscal Agent Agreement and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to attest to the Mayor's signature and to affix the seal of the City
thereto.
