1977-086WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is under construction
of Fairmont Boulevard between Canyon Rim Road and the Santa
Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, Four Corners Pipe Line Company has a
16 -inch crude oil pipeline crossing the planned route of
Fairmont Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to protect said 16 -inch
crude oil pipeline; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement has been prepared by
the Four Corners Pipe Line Company, the terms and conditions
whereof are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the letter agreement of
January 17, 1977, with Four Corners Pipe Line Company cover-
ing the cost of protection of that company's 16 -inch crude
oil pipeline be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute said letter agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s gned by
