A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY AGREEMENT WITH GUNN,
LANDA, ROSE, UHL AND ASSOCIATES FOR SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH HILL AND CANYON BRANCH
LIBRARY, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
feasibility study to determine the suitability of a site
located at Imperial Highway and Nohl Ranch Road for Hill and
Canyon Branch Library; and
WHEREAS, Gunn, Landa, Rose, Uhl and Associates are
able to provide professional services for performing such
feasibility study; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Gunn, Landa, Rose, Uhl and Associates will provide such
professional services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 8th day of February 1977.
