1977-064WHEREAS, the City owns certain real property known
as the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Canal; and
WHEREAS, The Grove, a California Partnership, is
developing Tract 9206 and needs to purchase a portion of said
land for Lot 13 thereof; and

RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM SELLING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED REAL
PROPERTY (S.A.V.I. CANAL) AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED
THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City does not need said real property;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
sell said real property for the sum of $2,857.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that it does hereby sell that certain real property described
in the Grant Deed attached hereto, and incorporated herein
by reference to The Grove, a California Partnership, for the
sum of $2 receipt of which is acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute said Deed for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
