A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERI "IS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH
KENNETH G. OSBORNE ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires specialized
geotechnical investigation services in connection with the
construction of the Gaymont Storm Drain; and
WHEREAS, the required geotechnical investigation
services are of a type and complexity that require special
knowledge and technical expertise; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Osborne Associates is
qualified and willing to provide said specialized services
required for the construction of the Gaymont Storn Drain;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing Kenneth G. Osborne Associates to
perform geotechnical investigation services in connection
with the construction of the Gaymont Storm Drain be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of February 1977.
