1977-065WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Redevelopment
Plan for Project Alpha in a portion of its downtown area; and
WHEREAS, the City General Plan has been duly amended to
reflect this Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended
that EIR's 140, 188, and 189 did consider and cover the General
Alignment of Lincoln Avenue and Various Other Streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed a
General Alignment of Lincoln Avenue and Various Other Streets
in the downtown area and recommended Plate "D" as the most
appropriate realignment of said streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on this date at a public
hearing, evidence both written and oral having been presented,
does determine that the City of Anaheim should adopt the General
Alignment of Lincoln Avenue and Various Other Streets as shown
on Plate "D as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt the General Align
ment for Lincoln Avenue and Various Other Streets as shown on
Plate "D" as amended on file in the Office of the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of February, 1977.
