RESOLUTION NO. 77R 59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MAGNOLIA ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE
TERM THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Magnolia Elementary
School District entered into an Agreement to make available
Public Services Employment to residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said Agreement to provide for changing the term thereof
to July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1977; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and the Magnolia Elementary School District, dated
June 25, 1976, providing for amendment of the term thereof to
July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1977, be, and the same is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Aneheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of February 1977.
