1977-058WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Orange County
Community Development Council, Inc., entered into an
Agreement to make available Public Services Employment to
residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said Agreement to provide for changing the term thereof
to July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1977, and to increase
the amount of funding from $9,639.00 to $13,570.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and the Orange County Community Development Council,
Inc., dated June 25, 1976, providing for amendment of the
term thereof to July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1977, and
for the increase in funding from $9,639.00 to $13,570.00, be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
