RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREE
MENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE YOUTH PAINT AND
PICK -UP PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is conducting the Youth
Paint and Pick -Up Program under the Community Development Block
Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, certain portions of Redevelopment Project
Alpha have been designated for residential conservation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will reimburse the City of Anaheim
for certain costs incurred in the operation of the program in
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.

this 25th day of January 1977.
