1977-053WHEREAS, the City Council did, by motion, authorize
negotiations for the sale of certain City -owned property,
located on the West side of Euclid Street, North of Crescent
Avenue: to wit, the Southerly 60 feet of Lot 69 of Tract
No. 2517 (known as 721 North Euclid Street); and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been made with the Heritage
Bank to purchase said property from the City of Anaheim, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is to deposit an
executed deed to said real property into escrow.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the Agreement made
with the Heritage Bank for the purchase of said property
subject to the conditions therein set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Purchase
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN
CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF A DEED TO SAID REAL PROPERTY.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
deed to said property and to transmit said deed and a
copy of this Resolution to the Stewart Title Company
County at the appropriate time.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim, Escrow Instructions and such other
documents as may be necessary to carry out the terms and condi-
tions of the Purchase Agreement.
