1977-043WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Raytheon Service Company
entered into an agreement effective October 25, 1976, for mainten-
ance service for certain computer equipment; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said
agreement to provide additional maintenance service due to in-
creased equipment memory capabilities, at an increased monthly
charge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of this Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Anaheim
and Raytheon Service Company effective October 25, 1976, providing
for additional maintenance service at an increased monthly charge
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed, by me
this 25th day of January 1977.
