RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
SYSTEMS CORPORATION FOR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires specialized
computer programming services to modify its existing autocoder
programs; and
WHEREAS, the required computer programming services are
of a type and complexity that require special knowledge and tech
nical expertise; and
WHEREAS, International Management Systems Corporation
is qualified and willing to provide said specialized services
required to modify the City's autocoder programs; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement providing for the furnish-
ing of said specialized services has been submitted to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and in the best interest of the City to approve the
proposed agreement between the City of Anaheim and International
Management Systems Corporation and that the same should be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted to
the City Council to be made and entered into between the City of
Anaheim and International Management Systems Corporation provid-
ing for specialized computer programming services upon the terms
and conditions and for the compensation set forth in said Agree-
ment be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agree
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and _•ned by
this 25th day of January, 1977.
