A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DONALD M. BROWN FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
CITY GOLF COURSES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK: TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of architectural
services for a golf cart storage building and maintenance yard and
building at Anaheim Hills Golf Course and a driving range at the
H. G. "Dad" Miller Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Donald M. Brown, Architect, is qualified to
render such services to the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Donald
M. Brown will provide such architectural services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
