A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH McDANIEL ASSOCIATES FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEY
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
engineering services for the design and plan preparation for
alley reconstruction projects under the Local Public Works
and Capital Investment (L.P.W.) Program; and
WHEREAS, McDaniel Associates is an engineering
firm which is able to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
McDaniel Associates will provide such engineering services;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of January 1977.
