A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND MACRAE AND ASSOCIATES FOR DEVELOPMENT AND
ADMINISTRATION OF AN ASSESSMENT CENTER FOR THE
POSITION OF FIRE BATTALION CHIEF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to interview
candidates for the position of Fire Battalion Chief; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
technical services to develop and administer an assessment
center for said position; and
WHEREAS, Macrae and Associates has submitted a
proposal for the development and administration of said center
under the date of November 4, 1976, signed by Donald S. Macrae;
and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to and in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
Agreement between the City of Anaheim and Macrae and Associates
for the development and administration of an assessment center
for the position of Fire Battalion Chief be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of January 1977.
