A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
THIRD YEAR APPLICATION FOR THE A -95 REVIEW
PROCESS.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has
prepared the Third Year Draft Application for Community
Development Block Grant Funds from the Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, said application must be submitted for
the A -95 Review Process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that staff be, and it is hereby,
authorized and directed to submit said Third Year Draft
Application for A -95 Review.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 18th day of January, 1977.
