A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION 00. 74R-88
PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL AT CIRCLE SEAL
CORPORATION, 1111 NORTH BROOKHURST, ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on February 26, 1974, pursuant to Resolution No. 74R-88, approve
Bonafide Security Services to direct traffic at Circle Seal Center
(1111 Brookhurst); and
WHEREAS, Circle Seal Corporation has requested Lyon
Protection Service to provide said traffic service; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to rescind said resolution of
approval for Bonafide Security Service and cancel the Agreement
with Bonafide Security Service for the security patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it desires to rescind Resolution No.
74R-88.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby
instructed to notify Bonafide Security Services of the cancella-
tion of its agreement dated February 26, 1974.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed byy
this 18th day Of January 1977.
