RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -824
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR WORK
ORDER NOS. 1655 1656.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of December, 1976, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 76R -824
finding and determining that public convenience and necessity
required the construction and completion of a Community Development
Block Grant Program areawide water system improvement, Work
Order Nos. 1655 and 1656; and
WHEREAS, due to a revision to the specifications, as recom-
mended by the City Engineer, the City Council finds that it would
be in the best interest of the City to delay the opening of bids
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R -824 be, and the
same is hereby, amended to the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the 3rd of
February, 1977, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. at
the City Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City
of Anaheim.
2. That the award of the contract will be made on the
8th day of February, 1977.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 76R -824 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of January, 1977.
