RESOLUTION NO. 77R- 11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING CERTAIN GREEN FEES
TO BE CHARGED TO SENIOR CITIZENS AT THE
ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE AND THE H. G. "DAD"
MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim wishes to encourage
community Senior Citizen recreation and golf play; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim does find and
determine that the schedule of rates for use of the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course and the H. G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim
Municipal Golf Course should be amended with respect to
Senior Citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that:
1. For the purposes of this resolution, Senior
Citizen is a person who has reached the age
of sixty -two (62) years or more.
2. Upon proof of age at each Pro Shop, green
fees for Senior Citizens at the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course and the H. G. "Dad" Miller
Anaheim Municipal Golf Course shall be two
dollars ($2.00) for nine (9) or eighteen (18)
holes of golf after 12:00 o'clock, noon, on
Mondays through Fridays (except holidays) on
a "starting time available" basis.
3. This resolution establishing green fees to
be charged to Senior Citizens at the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course and the H. G. "Dad" Miller
Anaheim Municipal Golf Course shall not affect
prevailing rental fees for any type of golf
cart.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 11th day of January 1977.
