A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
89R-153, NUNC PRO TUNC.
Whereas, the City Council did on April 18, 1989, adopt
Resolution No. 89R-133 relating to the zoning reclassification of
portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
89R-133, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending
the legal description of that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to read as
follows, to wit:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ORIGINAL BUILDING LOTS SS
AND S6 AS SHOWN ON A MAP OF ANAHEIM RECORDED IN BOOK 4,
PAGE 629 AND 650 OE DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OE LOT 56, THENCE
EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINES OF LOT $6 AND $$, 210
FEET AND 4 1/2 INCHES TO A POINT IN THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
LOT SS; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL
WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT SS, A DISTANCE OF $1 1/2
FEET TO A POINT; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES WESTERLY AND
PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT SS, A DISTANCE OF
32 1/3 FEET TO A POINT: THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES SOUTHERLY
AND PARALLEL WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 55, A
DISTANCE OF 71 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES
WESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINES OF LOTS 55
AND 56, A DISTANCE OF 178 1/2 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE AT
RIGHT ANGLES NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 56,
A DISTANCE OF 122 1/2 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER
THEREOF AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No.
89R-133 shall remain in full force and effect.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of May. 1990.
