1977-003WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Szabo Food
Service, Inc. of California, entered into an Agreement
dated March 16, 1976, whereby Szabo Food Service, Inc. of
California, provides food, beverages and other articles for
patrons of the Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties
to amend Agreement to provide for the renovation of the
Stadium Club in the Anaheim Stadium and to provide for
separate accounting procedures for the operations of the
Stadium Club; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to said Agreement of
March 16, 1976, has this date been submitted to the City
Council, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the First Amendment to Agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Szabo Food Service, Inc. of
California, this day submitted to the City Council, providing
for the renovation of the Stadium Club and for separate
accounting procedures for the operations of the Stadium Club,
be and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGIOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
