A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-210
ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULES FOR ZONING APPLI-
CATIONS AND APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 29th day of May, 1973, pass Resolution No. 73R-210 estab-
lishing fee schedules; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Resolution by
adding a new fee for negative declarations in the amount of $25.00
to cover the costs of publication thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-210 be, and the same
is hereby, amended by adding a Fee Schedule No. 6 to read as
follows:
"6. Negative Declarations:
A fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) to cover the
costs of publication of a negative declaration."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED except as herein amended,
Resolution No. 73R-210 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of January 1977.
