A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING AMENDED GUIDELINES FOR THE
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS PURSUANT TO THE STATE
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970 AS AMENDED
JANUARY 1, 1977.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, on April 10, 1973, pursuant
to Resolution No. 73R -137, adopted City guidelines to establish the
requirements for the contents of Environmental Impact Reports; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 74R -48 and 75R -46 the
City Council amended said guidelines to conform to amendments adopted
by the Resources Agency of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Resources Agency of the State of California has
prepared new amended guidelines which require the City to amend its
guidelines as previously adopted; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has prepared such amended
guidelines and they have been approved by the City Attorney's Office
and all departments affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Anaheim that
the amended guidelines for Environmental Impact Reports this day sub-
mitted and on file in the office of the City Clerk be, and the same
are hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
4th day of January, 1977.
