WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Section
81000 et sect. - Government Code) was approved by tie electors of
the State of California; and V
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim is required to establish
and designate the com-missions or agencies which are required to
adopt a conflict of interest code in the City of Anaheiz,; and
MERIAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 76R-460, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did require all commissions and
agencies of the City to adopt conflict. of interest codes; and
WHLIREAS, certain boards of the City of Anaheim have
adopted said codes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at a public hearing on this
date has reviewed the adopted codes of certain boards and finds
they meet the requirements of Section 87300 et seq. of the
Government Code.
N.DW, ThERT.FORL, BE IT Ri,SOLVE"D by the city ..ouncil of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve the conflict of
interest codes subritted by the following :wards of the City of
Anaheim:
Library Board
Community Services Board
Public Utilities Board
BE IT FURTHER RE'SOILVED that the Citv Clerr shall file
copies of the conflict of interest codes and this resolution in
her office for the boards approved hereby.
