A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE EXERCISE OF AN OPTION
EXTENDING A LICENSE TO ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL
CORPORATION FOR ONE YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Rockwell International
Corporation entered into a license agreement as authorized by Reso-
lution No. 73R-598 dated December 18, 1973, for an air monitoring
station for one year at Chaparral Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Rockwell International
Corporation have extended the said license agreement, the latest
extension being for one year from the 18th day of December, 1975,
as authorized by Resolution No. 75R-600 dated November 18, 1975;
and
WHEREAS, said license provided that said license could
be extended with City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, Licensee has given due and proper notice of
its desire to exercise the option for an additional year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best inter-
ests of the City to approve the extension of said license for an
additional year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain License Agreement between the
City of Anaheim and Rockwell International Corporation be, and it
is hereby, extended for one year commencing on the 18th day of
December, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
