A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 11O. 76R-348,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION
OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June, 1976, the City Council
passed Resolution No. 76R-348 and through inadvertence and clerical
error, the legal description of the property therein was incorrectly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution No.
76R-348, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper legal description
of the property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend and does hereby amend Resolution
No. 76R-348, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the legal description set
forth therein by adding thereto the following:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Two,
Township Four South, Range Ten West, in the City of
Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section
Two, 986 feet North of the Southeast corner of said
Section Two, running thence West 110 feet; thence
North 45 feet; thence East 110 feet; thence South 45
feet to the point of beginning; and also
The East 260 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 21 in Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the City of Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in
book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 235 feet thereof; ALSO
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section
2, 1031 feet North of the Southeast corner of said
Section 2; thence West 110 feet; thence South to the
South line of the North half of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the said Section 2; thence East along said South line
to the East line of said section; thence North along
said East line to the point of beginning; and also

PARCEL 1: The South 75 feet of the North 235 feet
of the East 260 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quar-
ter of Section 21 Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the City of Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book
51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; and also
PARCEL 1: The South 75 feet of the North 160 feet
of the East 185 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quar-
ter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., in the City of Anaheim, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in
book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous naps, records of said
Orange County; and also
PARCEL 1: The North 85 feet of the East 185 feet
of the North one-half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
2, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this Resolution, Resolution No. 76R-348 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
