A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
w-. OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be estab-
lished by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by mesne, resolutions
establishing various fees in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to update,
revamp, and to place in one resolution all the various fees
charged by the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the
Public Works Department shall be as follows:
