A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
RAYTHEON SERVICE COMPANY FOR COMPUTER EQUIP-
14ENT SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of maintenance
service for certain computer equipment; and
WHEREAS, Raytheon Service Company is able to provide
such maintenance service; and
WHEREAS, an equipment service agreement has been pre-
pared whereby Raytheon Service Company will provide such service;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
