A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA. (NELY OF RTE 5 FWY.,
WLY OF HARBOR BLVD.)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in receipt of a
Director's Deed No. DD 001097-01-01 from the Department of
Transportation of the State of California granting an
easement to the City of Anaheim covering the area that was
inadvertently excluded in the original deed from the State
to the City, located North of Ball Road and West of Harbor
Boulevard, Northeasterly of the Santa Ana Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in
the best interests of the City to accept said Director's
Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby
accept, that certain Director's Deed No. DD 001097-01-01
granting an easement to the City of Anaheim covering the area
that was inadvertently excluded in the original deed from
the State to the City, located North of Ball Road and West
of Harbor Boulevard, Northeasterly of the Santa Ana Freeway.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
