A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
_.. 76R-247, NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING
THE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on May 11, 1976, the City Council passed
Resolution No. 76R-247 and through inadvertence and clerical
error, the zoning of said property was incorrectly described;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 76R-247, nunc pro tune to reflect the proper zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby
amend Resolution no. 76R-247, nunc pro tune, by correcting
the zoning set forth therein to read as follows:
be excluded from "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL
ZONE, and incorporated in "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-
FAMILY ZONE.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the
extent amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 76R-247
shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sigr4d by
