WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Citv of Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from the Calvary Baptist Church, 2700 East Wagner Avenue, Anaheiri, California 92806, owner to perr-At a private school and pre-school on the following described property: That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Fractional Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous _°-laps, records of Orange County, California, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Fractional Southeast quarter and running thence Westerly 144.5 feet along the North line thereof; thence Southerly, parallel with the Easterly line of said Southeast quarter and the extension thereof to the Easterly line of the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana; thence along said Rancho Line, North 260 30' East to the Easterly line of said Southeast quarter; thence North along said Easterly line to the point of beginning.
