PERMIT NO. 1661.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Citv of
Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from
the Calvary Baptist Church, 2700 East Wagner Avenue, Anaheiri,
California 92806, owner to perr-At a private school and pre-school
on the following described property:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Fractional Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
Page 10 of Miscellaneous _°-laps, records of Orange
County, California, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Fractional
Southeast quarter and running thence Westerly 144.5
feet along the North line thereof; thence Southerly,
parallel with the Easterly line of said Southeast
quarter and the extension thereof to the Easterly
line of the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana;
thence along said Rancho Line, North 260 30' East
to the Easterly line of said Southeast quarter;
thence North along said Easterly line to the point
of beginning.
RESERVING therefrom unto Grantor the South 3 feet
of the worth 48 feet for an easement for irrigation
lines and incidental purposes.
AL3D �THEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
request on November 8, 1976, notices of which said public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18,
Chapter 13.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said CoruAssion, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due
consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt its Resolution No. PC76-236 dienving Conditional Use
Perr,'?it i<io. 1661; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within ttaenty-two (22) dans rom
the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was
filed with the City Council protesting the action of the City Plan-
ning Commission in denying said Conditional Use Permit and said
appeal was set for public hearing on Decer«ber 7, 1976, at the City
Hall, in the City of Anaheim, and notices of such public hearing
were duly given as required by lana and the provisions of Title 13,
