A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DISAPPROVING Al'ENDIKENT TO CONDI-
TIONS IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 68-69-100 PER-
TAINING TO ZONING.
WHLREAS, the petitioner submitted a request for an
amendment to the conditions of approval contained in City Council
Resolution No. 69R-432 and Ordinance No. 2823 adopted in connec-
tion with Reclassification No. 63-69-100; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner requests deletion of the follow-
ing condition contained in the above -referenced resolution and
ordinance of the City Council:
"That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
Fairhaven Street to the rear of the required front
landscaped setback area."
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing at
the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on December 7, 1976, notice
of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law
and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal
Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposal
to amend the conditions of approval of Reclassification No.
68-69-100; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the proposed
request would be detrimental to the public health, safety and gen-
eral welfare and such deletion is not necessary or desirable for
the orderly and proper development of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said request for an ame"dment to condi-
tions in Reclassification No. 68-69-100 be, and the sane is hereby,
disapproved and denied.
THE FOREGOIAG RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of December, 1976.
