A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING Atli AGREE11,4ENMI WITH TEXACO
ANAHEIM HILLS, INC. 2,10DIFYING CERTAIN CONDI-
TIONS OF APPROVAL OF TEENTAr."'IVE TRACT NO. 9463
AND AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEItiCENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved
Tentative Tract No. 9465; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of approval of said Tentative
Tract, City Council did require Te.-.1aco Anaheim Hills, Inc., to
perform certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, certain of those conditions cannot be per-
formed prior to approval of final tract niap as required; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, as a result, therefore, to
modify those conditions by an agree.-iient; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o -'L'
the Citv of Anaheim that aii agreement with Texaco Anaheim Hills,
Inc., modifying certain conditions of approval of Tentative Tract
No. 9465 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1.1avor an% --'-4 City Clerk
be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
