A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BOYLE ENGINEERING COR-
PORATION FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES REGARDING
DESIGN OF A TWO MILLION GALLON RESERVOIR AND
COMBINED 1120 AND 1320 FOOT PUMPING STATION,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK: TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates a water
distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to construct a two million
gallon reservoir and combined 1120 and 1320 foot pumping station
to serve said system; and
WHEREAS, Boyle Engineering Corporation has submitted
a proposal to design said reservoir and pumping station under
date of September 3, 1976, signed by Daniel B. Boyle, Principal
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said proposal are
generally acceptable to the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
of which are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment by and between the City of Anaheim and Boyle Engineering
Corporation be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement by and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
