A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH UNITED
STATES BORAX AND CHEMICAL CORPORATION, ROBERT -
SHAW CONTROLS COMPANY AND ROGER C. AND ANN R.
STULL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROADWAY ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of the construc-
tion of a public road in the City as proposed in Tentative rhrtet-
Map No. 598; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to alter the property rights of
the various properties as a result of said public road; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to allocate among the parties
specified costs and responsibilities created therefor; and
WHEREAS, an agreement detailing those obligations has
this day been submitted, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement with
the United States Borax and Chemical Corporation, Robertshaw Con-
trols Company and Roger C. and Ann R. Stull to construct a roadway
be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
