A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-680
AND ESTABLISHING NEW JOB CLASSES AND RATES OF PAY.
W11EREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated November 30, 1976 that certain new classes be created,
and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R-680
which established rates of pay for classes represented by the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association General Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creation of these classes is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following new job classes be created and
allocated to the respective rates of pay effective November 26, 1976:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
except
to the extent amended
Resolution No. 76R-680 shall
remain in
full
force and
effect.
